I came in with the expectations I'd learned from usual corporate culture: slave away and justify your work, rinse and repeat. Honestly it felt like being on trial. So it was a shock to have smooth salary negotiations that didn't feel like pulling teeth, and a work culture where hours aren't prioritised over actual work done.
I love that we can be chaotic little gremlins who find something shiny in the marketing world and jump in to test it. And I love being in a space where the flaws that come with a hyperactive, creative mind — brain-uncooperative days — aren't vilified, and I can just be human.

Getting a front-row virtual seat to all the wonderful cultural practices, and bonding over the things that are absolutely universal. Family things. Irritating siblings.
Also: seeing a marketing opportunity where no one else would, and whipping it together in days with coffee and content duct tape.
DRAFT — needs Aelia's own answer. Her description of INM's culture, for reference: “Chaotic, creative, and very genuinely, unapologetically human.”
